Feat: Renovate für automatische Dependency-Updates eingerichtet

- renovate.json mit Zeitplan und Gruppierung für Gitea Actions und Docker-Images
- Gitea-Workflow zur wöchentlichen Ausführung von Renovate hinzugefügt
- Workflow-Datei in IDEA JSON-Schema-Zuordnungen registriert
